Editor Flag in Editorials Feature Requests

The job of editors (me) could be made easier if users submitting editorials had the option of setting a flag on their comment that says: "This editorial requires the attention of an editor/admin, because it addresses matters of spelling/formatting/etc." A list of such flagged comments would then be available for perusal by editors/admins and more easily accessed.

Should be part of sub queue / Scoop redesign (none / 0) (#1)

Handling presentation errors in submissions should be part of a comprehensive submission queue redesign. An admin (or general user) alert mechanism could be worked in as an additional Scoop feature. I've thought of the idea of being able to "message" a user through Scoop -- essentially drop a comment into a private discussion readable only by the recipient user. This could serve editorial or other purposes.
