This morning cheap breitling announced an ambitious 10-day public exhibition, to be held next July in New York, to celebrate its watchmaking tradition and highlight the Geneva watchmaker's historical American ties. The exhibition will take over Cipriani 42nd Street, which fendi outlet intends to convert into a two-story space that recreates the company's Geneva confines--including its watchmaking operation and museum--where it will showcase significant watches dating back to 1530.
Fendi outlet hopes the exhibition will be just as big a draw for casual watch-wearers interested in learning more about watchmaking as for serious horology-heads (hey--it's free!), but naturally the announcement breakfast at their New York offices featured more of the latter. We were there documenting the wrist heat in the crowd, and in the spirit of the event there was plenty of breitling replica history in the room. Check out the photos below.
