This is somewhat trivial, but it's my first box hack for a dynamic topics page.

First, grab my showtopics_box from the SBE.
Then, create a /special page (perhaps called "topics"), which calls the box like this:
|BOX,showtopics_box,6|
... where 6 is the number of columns that you want (defaults to 5).
That's about it really. Thanks to panner for showing me the magic of a /special page, and for
DanF for the present inspiration.

I've uploaded a new version to the SBE (to sort the topics in a case-insensitive way, as opposed to database order), so check if this version exists FIRST: http://www.perlmonkey.net/sbe/show-box.pl?name=showtopics_box_v1.1 (I've asked the SBE admin to make it the default version)

I have two samples of this box in action: http://www.vegdot.org/special/topics and http://www.smokedot.org/special/topics . Note that on the Smokedot page I modified the box slightly (last line) to take advantage of the ability to override the box name.
