Show queue size in RDF

Simple enough: it'd be nice if the RDF had an entry for the queue, with something like "10 stories pending" with a link to modsub. That'd be nice for the low-traffic sites like InTune. On a related note, a story comment would be nice, even if it's out-of-date.
