Edit Queue Suggestion

It would be nice if users could have their edit queue privileges revoked through a simple vote. This could be achieved by allowing stories to be voted out of the edit queue. If a particular user has had X% of their stories voted out of the edit queue, then they can no longer utilize it until they get a story posted.
If anyone wants to implement this idea, go ahead, because I'm not anytime soon.
