and nope. Well, maybe on the second nope. I think that the debian apache packages were a little broken last I heard. Which is quite probably out of date now. Scoop.k5 actually runs on debian-sparc. I just installed everything (mod_perl, apache, and scoop) by hand. And the cpan modules too. I think everything works better that way. Of course I have no hard evidence ;)
