HELP... My scoop-based rudepeople site is in need of a serious makeover. I don't have the time, talent or inclination to learn everything I need to make it "sing". Looks like you have a great start on the web make-over. This sometimes takes a lot of work. Do you hire out your designers or do you do this in house. How do you pay them? Do you use an online payroll service or so this by hand? I would be eager to hear how you handle this.

I am glad to see I am not alone in this issue. I too am in desperate need of a total remodeling regarding my website which is scoop based. Since I am not much of an expert in the same, I was wondering whether I could find someone here who could do the job for me. I am looking for a good logo creator tool so that i could design a new logo for my site.It would also be nice if someone could at least aid me by directions or methods posted here so as to do a strict remodeling.
